“But godliness with contentment is great gain” (1 Timothy 6:6).
The world considers gain to
be an accumulation of wealth and material possessions; this kind of gain
is unreliable and can disappear in a flash. Real and lasting gain is
found only through God, who blesses us with everything we need and gives
us a contentment the world doesn’t have.
