“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17).The Holy Spirit reminds us that God transformed the “must do” of religion to the “already done” of the finished works of Jesus. We’re now liberated from the self-effort required to please God that existed under the law.
