Dr. Eric Berg Featuring: What is Chronic Pain? MUST WATCH!

Chronic pain is something that I’ve had a lot of experience with in my 20s. So being in practice for 29 years I have come up with some great data for you. Here’s what I’ve learned. Find Out More at  http://bit.ly/2FvrR6A

In this video, we’re going to talk about chronic pain. I want to share with you some unique and powerful things you can do for chronic pain. Common chronic pain causes:
• Post-surgery
• Post-injury
• Referral
• Diabetic
• Autoimmune
• Arthritis

There is not a lot of exact knowledge about why people develop chronic pain. But, I want to give you my opinion on the subject. What to do:

You will want to work on the opposite side from where you’re feeling pain. You do not want to work on the area where you’re feeling pain because you’ll re-traumatize it.
• Rate the pain
• Use massage/acupressure to work on the opposite area for 1-2 minutes
• Rate the pain again
• Use massage/acupressure to work on the opposite area a little higher up for 1-2 minutes

If this technique doesn’t work, it may be because of referred pain.

For a whiplash injury, there is a more complex technique you should try. Some neck pain and abdomen pain may be coming from a digestive issue. In this case, you need to fix your diet. Get on healthy keto and do intermittent fasting.

Natural remedies for chronic pain:
1. Fasting
2. Stinging nettle root
3. Vitamin D (40,000 IUs)
4. Benfotiamine
