“Likewise the Spirit also
helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as
we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with
groanings which cannot be uttered” (Romans 8:26, NKJV).
When we feel the need to
pray but don’t know what to say, the Holy Spirit gives us the right
words. Praying in tongues allows us to bypass our human understanding
and pray about things we don’t even know about intellectually.
