“And above all things have fervent love for one another, for ‘love will cover a multitude of sins’” (1 Peter 4:8, NKJV).
When we love others the way Christ teaches us, we tend to overlook others’ mistakes, and focus on their positive qualities. This fulfills the royal law of love, which is what we live by under the covenant of grace.
