“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” (James 1:17).
Right-believing comes from balancing grace with faith. The belief that God is responsible for everything that happens in the world, even the bad things, is unscriptural; He’s a good God who gives us good things.
