Good Day Athletes and Warriors!
And what a magnificent day it is. Why? Because if you are reading this, no matter what else is going on in your life, God has graced you with another day. That's another chance to make a positive impact on yourself, everyone and everything around you.

I just can't help it. I was created to share in that which is good so let's get to today's program sample.
Many of you have a solid strength plan, either with your trainer or something that you have learned or through trial and error. You just need a good cardio plan to go along with it to help scorch the fat.

Cardiovascular Workouts

These are "Cardio Only" Programs for those who want to focus exclusively on aerobic fitness. Just perform the Rockport 1 Mile Walk Test. This will provide the information needed to establish a conditioning level and design a program.

5 Minute Cardio Warmup
104 Beats Per Minute. This is a basic warmup. Keep things nice and smooth! You can choose any exercise that feels best to you. Biking, Elyptical, Jogging, Walking etc.

10 Minute Cardio Session
116 Beats Per Minute. Choose any cardio activity that you like best. Monitor your heart rate periodically throughout your exercise session.

5 Minute Cardio Session
123 Beats Per Minute. Here we go with a little more intensity! If this is too hard (or not hard enough) you can fine tune your recommended heart rate up or down to fit your individual needs. Have fun!

5 Minute Easy Cooldown Activity
104 Beats Per Minute. This is a basic cooldown session. It is helpful to cooldown after your exercise session! If you have time, try to do a little stretching as well.
