HOW TO BECOME A FIT DAD OVER 40
I am so excited to share with you all Tom’s Transformation.  At 48 years old this father of 2 dropped 27 lbs and multiple inches off his stomach.  What a great experience it was to work with Tom.  He shows us How to Become a Fit Dad Over 40
Losing 27 pounds in 90 days and 1/3 of my overall body fat was pretty incredible. James Brown probably never felt this good. ðŸ™‚ Imagine going to the weight rack and picking up a 25 pound dumbbell and realizing you were carrying that in fat. All of this was achieved while my wife was having a baby and sleep was at a premium! If that’s not testimony enough let me tell you about what really changed and that is how I am back to living inspired.
 
I was feeling lethargic, lacked the drive and the physical and emotional focus that I used to have.
We assessed my current state and Micah immediately set up a plan and set up the guard rails to keep me focused on meeting and exceeding those goals. The physical transformation started immediately and he’ll push you to your limit. You’ll leave exhausted. But that’s the first step and once the physical conditioning begins improving, you’ll start noticing your emotional state improving. The results are far beyond my expectation. Thank you Micah
