Keep in mind that if you are looking to get the 'six pack' ab effect, you will have to have a comprehensive strength, conditioning, and nutrition program. Hang from a bar with your hands or use a pair of arm straps like the "Ab-Originals." Keep your legs together. Bend your knees as you pull them toward your upper body. You may have to use a partner to help keep your body from swinging as you perform the reps. Exhale when you bring your legs up! |
