The Rock Almighty Devotional, Praise, and Worship with Blessed By A Broken Heart

May 29 from CDM
“For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love” (Galatians 5:6).
Nothing in God’s kingdom operates without love, faith, and patience. If we believe that God loves us, we will be able to correctly respond to His promises.

From CDM
“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again” (Luke 6:38).
As believers, we have inside us the authority to determine what kind of life we have. The more we give, the more blessings come back to us.

Spirit and Truth - On The Road To Freedom Featuring: Absolute Faith

Learn to believe God for the IMPOSSIBLE! Receiving God's BEST requires ABSOLUTE FAITH and you can only get it by CONTINUING in His Word.

Don't Hesitate

James 1:6-8

What happens when you hesitate to do something God has told you to do? Your adversary takes the first step. The devil gets the jump on you.
If you want to live by faith, hesitation is one of the most hazardous habits you could ever have. It comes from being indecisive. The Bible says a man like that is “unstable and unreliable and uncertain about everything he thinks, feels, decides” (The Amplified Bible).
If you are double-minded, the decisions you make are split. You try to live by faith and protect your fear at the same time. You make faith statements like “I believe God is going to heal me.” Then your fear whispers, “But I wouldn’t want to say I’m well just yet.” You’re so busy going back and forth between faith and fear, you can’t make any progress at all.
Kick the habit of hesitation today. Make a solid decision to trust in and act on the Word of God. Settle it forever. Resolve never to entertain doubts again. When doubt comes to your mind, cast it out quickly.
When God speaks, don’t waste a moment. Step right out in faith. That way, you can always keep the devil a step behind you!

US Sports Stregth and Conditioning with BBcom Featuring Train With Passion | Cezar Lusewski, Nordic Bodybuilding Champion

Cezar and his girlfriend Sandra approach training with eyes set on the process and all of the benefits that go with the active lifestyle along with the obvious physical benefits in terms of development. "There are so many things that are great about this lifestyle. When you think of it all it makes you not want to quit."

4 Winning Cues for an Iron Mindset

Bodybuilding champ Derek Lunsford outlines his mental strategies for a full-force Olympia assault. It's a roadmap for meeting your own goals in the gym. Do you have the focus it takes to make gains happen?
In hot pursuit of the Olympia title he feels is his destiny, Derek Lunsford moves mountains of iron and follows a diet so strict it would make a soldier on MREs shudder. But the engine that runs the effort and keeps this rocket ship of sculpted flesh accelerating toward the showdown for the Sandow is his bulletproof mind. Step inside Lunsford's head, and you may implode under the weight of the challenge he has shouldered. He's a no-nonsense competitor.
His advice is simple—but not easy. Follow his four tips to maintaining a champion mindset and start forging a path to the gains of your dreams.

1. Have a Higher Purpose

"I used to think that just building my physique to become an Olympia champion was enough, but I realized that I have to have a higher purpose for what I'm doing, that there's even more of that in front of me," Lunsford says.
That higher purpose means staying focused on the right reasons, like being a positive role model for his legions of fans and doing everything he can to spread iron fever. To that end, he has launched his own platform hoping to reach as many people as possible through online training and one-on-one coaching.
Have a Higher Purpose
A higher purpose also means taking the high road on social media.
"It would be so easy if I went online and just started talking smack about another competitor. I could probably double my following. But that's not my path," he says.
If you want to succeed, find your higher purpose and keep it in mind in everything you do.

2. Sacrifice

As great warriors have demonstrated throughout history, there is no victory without sacrifice. Lunsford's strict diet and formula-one metabolism mean that even with refeeds every three hours, he always feels like he's starving. Choosing to be great means that he has had to embrace the solitude of iron and forgo many of the things that other people can't live without. For him, it's all worth it.
"My goal is to be an Olympia champ, and I'm starving more for my goals than for food," he says.
If you're hungry to achieve your goals, follow Lunsford's example. Success is as much about what you give up as it is about what you do.

3. Embrace the Misery

When champions like Lunsford step onto the exalted Olympia stage and reveal the arsenal of muscle they've spent the past year building and chiseling, they're at an absolute aesthetic apex. The only way to achieve that look, however, is with a diet and fluid-cutting schedule that becomes stricter and stricter as they approach the big day until there isn't a gram of fat on their bodies.
"When I reach the point where I have so little energy that I can barely get up off the couch, and I'm so lean my butt hurts when I sit in a chair, I know I'm ready," he says. "That's when you're ultra-shredded."
Embrace the misery
It's punishing work, but that's what it takes to be the best, so Lunsford embraces the misery. Nothing will be easy about reaching your goals, either, so when the going gets tough, embrace the suck.

4. Make the Gym Your Job

We all know the guy who loves walking around the gym wearing wrist wraps and unlaced combat boots, swigging from a gallon jug of antifreeze-colored fluid and pausing to gnaw the ear off anyone who will half listen. He takes more time getting just the right view of himself in the mirror than he does actually smacking plates. Not Lunsford.
"I want to be a positive role model and will say hello to people who come up to me, but I keep it brief," he says. "This is my job, and I'm hyperfocused on what I'm doing. On the drive to the gym, I'm meditating on the workout I'm about to do. I wear headphones into the gym, don't make eye contact, and get right to it."
If you want to make gains, treat the gym like it's your job. Punch the clock, use smart training techniques, and pump up your results—and save your social hour for afterward.

iHealthTube Featuring: These Conditions Linked to Gut Health and Chia Seeds Market to surpass the Flax seeds in the near future

Just how important is gut health? It's becoming more and more of a hot topic in health these days. In this video, Dr. Martin Singh discusses gut health, the issues that can arise from poor gut health and some natural treatments.

Chia Seeds Market to surpass the Flax seeds in the near future

By: Pradeep Tatikonda

Being healthy is a privilege. Working out, yoga, nutrition analysis and tracking calories along with those steps and heartbeat monitors have become a part of a health-conscious lifestyle. However, do we consume enough healthy foods instead of just following fads?

Individuals need macronutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and fibers as a part of their diet. Any mismatch in the proportion can lead to an inch gain or loss of stamina in the long run. Therefore, it is essential that the number of nutrients consumed be tracked properly in order to maintain a balance in the diet and overall health regime.

Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron, calcium, anti-oxidants, and other essential enzymes that are crucial for a healthy metabolism and weight loss process. The composition of these seeds facilitate regulating cholesterol levels in the body and cleansing the gut bacteria for a healthy bowel movement too! Known to guard the heart against strokes, these tiny seeds are an excellent substitute for eggs.

Consume it raw as a spoonful of goodness or mix it with water and allow it to swell up, these seeds are extremely versatile and can be cooked as a part of your everyday meal. Rich in protein, it is a great supplement to overcome protein deficiency and facilitate the weight loss process if you have been trying for the same.

Introduced as part of multiple diets, such as keto, GM or even a regular diet regime it also compensates for the micronutrient volume in the body such as manganese, potassium, copper, calcium, phosphorus, and others. Studies prove that chia seeds can help reduce obesity, diabetes, and risk of other lifestyle diseases. One teaspoon of chia seeds has an equal number of nutrients compared to a fruit or a vegetable that you might miss as a part of your hectic lifestyle.

Chia is in demand widely due to its nutritional and cosmetic value. Be it in the form of raw seeds, grounded powder, or oil; chia has recorded a compound annual growth rate of 40.62%. As a part of the market study, it is expected that the annual revenue will clock a whopping amount of $1.5 billion by 2021. Not only the product is high in demand due to its gluten-free content, but also a difference between the demand and supply chains have trodden the path for an exaggerated growth.

“Seeing, therefore, it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief” (Hebrews 4:6).
We must not allow unbelief to steal the peace of mind that God’s promises bring. Resting confidently in His Word is the true test of whether or not we really believe.

Receive the Man of God

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
John 13:20

I can’t tell you how many born-again, Holy Ghost-filled Christians pick their pastor apart on Saturday night and then expect him to pray the prayer of faith for them Sunday morning! They’ll constantly make critical comments about the evangelists and preachers that God has sent to minister to them and then wonder why the rain of the Spirit has all but dried up in their churches.
Most of those folks would never dream of criticizing the ministry of Jesus. Yet, according to the Word of God, that’s precisely what they’re doing. You see, Jesus said, “He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me.”
I know ministers fail sometimes. I know they make mistakes. Jesus knew they would too. But, even so, He said, “If you receive them, you receive Me.”
If you think some preacher’s doctrine is wrong, then pray for him. Stop sitting under his ministry if necessary. But the Scripture says, “Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand” (Romans 14:4, New International Version).
The ministers of the gospel are not your servants, they’re God’s servants. Whether they’re right or whether they’re wrong, love them and respect them if for no other reason than to honor the One who sent them.
Learn to receive the minister of God that Jesus sends to you with the same respect and the same honor that you would give Jesus Himself. You’ll open the door for great spiritual power to be released. You’ll clear the way for God to meet your needs. The Anointing of God will be released through the man of God to you.
Refuse to let criticism hold back the Anointing of the Holy Spirit. Then get ready to be blessed because, I guarantee, He won’t hold out on you.

The victory clinched the season series over the Sugar Skulls as the Rattlers have now won three of the first four meetings between their intrastate rivals. They will face the Sugar Skulls one final time this season at the Talking Stick Resort Arena on June 8th.
QB Drew Powell, who was coming off a nine-touchdown performance in the previous victory, finished with seven total touchdowns (no turnovers) in the win at the Tucson Arena. WR Jarrod Harrington finished with a career-high 114 receiving yards and three scores. He also added a kickoff return for a touchdown, his first special teams score of the season.
Defensively, both DL Lance McDowdell and Nik D'Avanzo each finished with four tackles and one TFL. DB Allen Chapman also forced a fumble that was eventually recovered by Tucson. The Rattlers held the Sugar skulls to only 69 yards rushing and 157 passing yards on 31 attempts.
The Sugar Skulls were led by QB Jake Medlock who threw for 156 yards and five scores in the defeat. He also led the team with 54 rushing yards. WR Shaq Curenton and Jeremiah Harris each hauled in two touchdown receptions versus the Rattlers.
Defensively, they were led by Keith Jones Jr. who finished with two tackles and one for loss. Former Arizona Rattler Edward Mosley added a tackle for loss and Emmanuel Roker led the Skulls with three tackles.
The Sugar Skulls first drive ended with a 22-yard touchdown pass from QB Jake Medlock to Jeremiah Harris early in the first quarter to claim a 6-0 lead.
Arizona would answer quickly on their first offensive possession with a touchdown strike from QB Drew Powell to Peoria, Arizona native Jamal Miles to gain a 7-6 lead.
Tucson's next drive would conclude with a successful field goal attempt by Josh Gable after a tackle for loss by DB Devin Cockrell to reclaim the lead, 9-7.
Aided by an illegal defense penalty, the Rattlers would find pay dirt on another reception by Jamal Miles to give them a 14-9 advantage.
On the ensuing possession, the Sugar Skulls would turn the ball over on downs after a defensive stand by the Rattlers that included a shoestring tackle by DL Chris McAllister.
The Rattlers would respond a few plays later on another touchdown pass from Powell, this time to Jarrod Harrington to push the lead to 12 points in the second quarter.
The Skulls would threaten in the red zone, but they failed to find the end zone after a tackle for loss by DL Nik D'Avanzo. Tucson would settle for another field goal by Gable to cut the lead to nine points a few minutes before halftime.
Harrington, however, would take the ensuing kickoff 50-yards to the house for his second touchdown of the game, giving Arizona a 28-12 advantage.
In their final possession before halftime, Medlock would connect with WR Shaq Curenton for a touchdown to narrow the deficit to nine points.
Kicker Jimmy Camacho's field goal attempt was missed wide left as time expired in the first half as the Rattlers would go into the locker room with a 28-19 lead.
The Rattlers started the second half with possession of the football and Powell would find Harrington a few plays later for the second time in the end zone to extend the lead to 35-19.
The Sugar Skulls were forced to kick a long field goal try on their ensuing possession that was missed wide left.
Just a few plays later, Powell would hook up with Harrington again for another touchdown to give the Rattlers a 41-19 lead late in the third quarter.
Tucson would answer the Rattlers touchdown with one of their own on a short reception by receiver Shaq Curenton to get within 16 points late in the third.
Arizona would march right down the field and score again, this time on a keeper by Drew Powell to extend the lead to 23 points early in the fourth period.
The Skulls would get back on the score board a few plays later on a touchdown reception by Jeremiah Harris to trim the lead back down to 16 points.
However, Powell would find the end zone again with his legs to extend the lead back up to 23 points with 10 minutes remaining.
Medlock would connect with Rico Brown a few snaps later for another short touchdown reception to get within 55-39.
A solid kick return by Jamal Miles would set the Rattlers up in favorable field position. RB Jabre Lolley would punch it in from a few yards out, further extending the lead.
The Skulls would score one final time on a touchdown pass by QB Matt Behrendt with 20 seconds left.
The Rattlers will be back in action this Saturday at 5:05 p.m. AZT as they face the Cedar Rapids River Kings in their final road game of the regular season. Get Football Tickets......

Renown NFL coach Rance Olison demonstrates critical drills for defensive backs in this instructional football course.

The Coach

Rance Olison

Former NFL/CFL Cornerback and Dallas Cowboys New England Patriots Assistant Fellowship Coach
Olison played football and participated in track while in high school, garnering an athletic scholarship to play football at San Diego State University.
While playing for SDSU, Olison earned a spot on the All Conference team and was named the Most Inspirational player.
He graduated with a B.A. in 1975 and was initially told by scouts and coaches that he was too small to play professional football. As a free agent in the years that followed, he proved the naysayers wrong, having signed and played in the World Football League, with the San Francisco 49ers, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League. Olison wrapped up his pro ball career in 1982 in the U.S. Football League.
As you can see, I got an opportunity to play in every league during that time. I used to call myself a “Suitcase Player…” Olison said.
A strong proponent of education as the key to success in life, Olison returned to college and earned a second bachelor’s degree in physical education and history from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He has taught, coached and served as athletic director on the university and high-school levels at schools in Arkansas (Crossett High School), Kansas and Texas, retiring in 2009 from the San Antonio Independent School District.
Olison has also had coaching opportunities with several NFL teams, including the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots, and the CFL. He also coached his own minor league football team for 10 years.
In 2014,Olison was welcomed into the American Football Hall of Fame. He is a member of the National Football League Former Players Association, San Antonio-Austin chapter, of which he was elected president in Jan. 2015.
Olison has also helped to organize other charitable events and activities in El Dorado over the years, including the L.C. and Hazel Ross Scholarship Foundation and Let’s Talk to the Kids, a youth program that featured current and former professional football players.
Olison and his wife of nearly 40 years, Mary — assistant superintendent of the SAISD — have a son, Rance Jr. who coaches football and strength & conditioning at Dulles Highschool in Sugerland Houston, Texas; and a daughter, Kareem who a federal government worker in Topeka, Kansas.
