Minding Your Business-Are You Being A Resourceful Manager and Entrepreneur?

Information is much easier to gain access to nowadays because of the continual advances in technology that are going on day after day. The expansion and swiftness of the Internet is a central example of how technology has revolutionized over time. The Internet is proving to be the most suitable and resourceful place to find information and expand your business.

So why do so many people still fall short to achieve results?

Anthony Robbins is one individual who provides a ton of valuable knowledge (hence the reason he is very successful). He says that the reason why so many people fail is because of the excuses they create. He calls them limited resources. These limited resources (excuses) owned by the majority of people consist of:
· Not enough money
· Not enough time
· Lack of personnel
· Not the right technology
· Not knowing how to plan or inadequate planning
· Lack of quality leadership

The mass majority of business owners blame their failures on a lack of resources. But let's look at some of the most successful entrepreneurs and leaders:
· Bill Gates: Bought MS-DOS for $50k and sold it to IBM for over $50m
· Richard Branson: Billionaire entrepreneur. Started a student magazine and selling music he liked in his garage - creator of Virgin)
· Steve Jobs: Co-founder of Apple
· Oprah Winfrey: Unfavourable circumstances during early childhood - Now a role model and inspiration to countless people especially African Americans simultaneously hosting her own talk show)
· Lance Armstrong: Won the Tour de France 7 years in a row after beating testicular cancer
· Mark Zuckerberg: Co-founder of Facebook. Originally designed as a network so only college students could interact, share photos and videos. Now it is a worldwide phenomenon

They used their characteristics, positive attitudes, past experiences, took action and have now created much more resources. There is an abundance in available resources waiting for us all to make use of. Successful entrepreneurs and leaders do not believe in limited resources.

It is no one else's fault if you are letting your emotions, your mindset, and your stance prevent you from taking action. It's your responsibility to be successful. Your life has an incredible calling. It's time for you to wake up and capture the opportunity. Rather than worrying or complaining about information overload, how about think about how lucky you are to have all this information and knowledge right in front of you? The majority of people in the planet have no chance of achieving what you can because they have no Internet access!

Being an entrepreneur is the VEHICLE for which you create financial freedom and to "drive" anywhere you please to do anything you want. You either face the challenges or run away back to the drone known as the rat race.

Possession of Child Porn -- What Can Happen to Me?

If you're convicted of possession of child pornography, you can face some of the harshest consequences in the nation. Penalties include a criminal record, jail time, fines, and listing on the sexual offender registry. You need a strong criminal lawyer in NJ to immediately begin building your defense.

You can find yourself charged with possession of child porn with one simple click of a mouse. Authorities don't care if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, or even a malicious computer hack. File sharing programs can sometimes download porn to your computer without your knowledge. Or, you may not be aware that a photo or video on your computer was considered child pornography. Perhaps you let someone borrow your computer and they downloaded illegal material.

Whatever the reason, child pornography is a serious offense with serious penalties, as well as social stigma. You must be informed about your situation.

What Constitutes Child Pornography?
Although some might think so, child porn is not protected speech under the Constitution. It's illegal in New Jersey and across the country because it's a form of child exploitation, and this includes:

• Possession
• Viewing
• Distributing or sharing
• Receiving
• Producing, photographing, or filming a minor in such activities

Excluded, however, according to federal criminal statutes is possession of materials with "serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value." Still, even this can be difficult to prove in court. Another thing the prosecution must prove in court is that you had these materials with a guilty mind (also called a "mens rea"), meaning that you knew -- or reasonably should have known -- the materials were of a sexual child exploitative nature.

Actively participating in child pornography can lead to increased and much more serious charges, including aggravated sexual assault charges. Only an experienced sexual assault defense lawyer understands the nature of these charges, and how to build a strong defense against them.

Penalties for Possession of Child Porn
The possible penalties for possession of child pornography include conviction of a felony crime, prison time (depending on the level of the crime), community service, monetary fines, and Megan's Law sex offender registration.

Additionally, more severe charges bring "enhanced penalties," which may include:

• Mandatory minimum jail sentences if distribution contained 25 or more images (from 5 to 10 years)
• If convicted of aggravated sexual assault charges, the No Early Release Act applies
• Extended terms for repeat offenders
• Possibility of lifetime parole for certain types of convictions

Why Men Divorce Women

While women are mostly concerned about the emotional aspect of the relationship, there are other factors that can drive the men to seek divorce.

Why do Men Divorce Women?

There are times when a marriage just turns sour. However, there are times when the marriage may be working fine but men would want to opt out of marriage anyway. Each marriage has its own set of problems and while some men may choose to ignore these problems, there are others who seek divorce to feel more in control of their lives.

If you think that sex is one of the major reasons why men seek divorce, think again. Most marriage counsellors report that most men opt for a divorce because of a lack of companionship and not sex. Why do men divorce women? What forces men out of a marriage? We will understand the answer to these questions in detail in our next section.

Seeking Freedom

Some men get into a marriage thinking that they this is what they want. However, at some point in time, they start missing their old bachelorhood days. Why? Because boys will be boys! Monogamy can be tough concept to deal with for some men. While these men may fare just file during the initial years of their marriage, the sense of being imprisoned in a marriage may set in after a while. Marriage entails a lot of responsibilities, which may leave little or no time for indulging in something that you may like. If the husband is the only earning member of the family, the responsibilities may be even more. These responsibilities take a toll on some men and they just want to break free from these responsibilities so that they can devote more time for themselves.

Fear of Commitment

Men tend to have more fear of commitment than women. Some men try to overcome this fear by getting married but soon realise that they are unable to lose this fear. This fear is usually due to some deep-rooted psychological problem. An unhappy childhood or being raised in a single-parent household may be the reason why such fears develop. This fear of commitment leads the men to seek divorce.

Frustrating Marriage

Some men try to give their best to their marriage but the constant quarrels and bickering can be disturbing. Some wives fail to be pleased no matter what their husbands do. Such relationships can seem very suffocating. Men, as a rule, have much less patience and ability to endure pain than women. Therefore, while some women may put up with such relationships, most men have no idea about how to deal with such bitter marriages. In such cases, men tend to opt for a divorce.

Midlife Crisis

It is a known fact that most men tend to go through a midlife crisis. Most men do not know how to cope with this phase in their lives. They tend to feel that life is passing them by and need a major change to feel good about themselves. While some men just opt for buying a sports car, there are others who tend to re-evaluate their relationship to ensure that they are not missing out on something in life.During the midlife, most couples tend to be more of companions and sex may not be on the priority list. However, some men going through a midlife crisis begin to view sex very importantly. Lack of it makes them feel as if they are no longer in control. It can be very hard for the wives to deal with such an attitude. Therefore, misunderstandings tend to develop between the couple. In such cases, men tend to opt for a divorce because divorce seems to be the only viable solution.
The Other Woman

Even though a husband or a wife can initiate an extramarital affair, it is mostly the husband who tends to go astray. Some men tend to have an affair if they are having problems in their marriage while there are others who just opt for it because it provides a sense of adventure. Men tend to search for the perfect lover even after marriage if their needs are not being met inside the marriage.

Incompatibility Due to Different Lifestyles or Preferences

People change with time and it is important for both the partners to understand this change. There are times when couples tend to fall apart because they just tend to get more and more incompatible as the time goes by. Their preferences, tastes, ways of seeking enjoyment, and interests may get extremely incompatible. It may become difficult for some men to even relate to their partner in such cases and divorce may seek like the only alternative.
